Season Kickoff and Call for Team Managers

2022-23 Hockey Season has begun!

Yesterday marked the first day of practices for our 2022-23 hockey season and we are so excited to see you all back on the ice. As the next few weeks unfold, there will will be lots of information coming your way.

But now we are putting out the call for one of most important volunteer jobs… TEAM MANAGER!! A great manager or co-managers can take your season to another level and we encourage everyone to consider if you can fill this vital role. What does being a manager entail?

Keeping track of player and game information (binder).
Solicit, track, and support parent volunteers on game days and for special events.
Liaison between parents and coaches.
Organize tournament participation.

This year all managers will have new resources prepared for them including online materials and templates, helpful tips and how to’s pulled into a Toolkit by former managers. We also have designated manager coordinator in Brad Washington on our Hockey Advisory Board who will be available to all managers to be sure you have the info and insights you need. And, a Manager Welcome and Kickoff meeting will take place shortly!
